Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our third-party print and logistics partner, Printify.

Orders typically process within 2–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or promotional events.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on product type and destination:

United States: 3–7 business days (after production)

International: 7–21 business days (after production)

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Third-Party Fulfillment

We partner with Printify and its global print providers to manufacture and ship our products.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Production and shipping are handled by third-party providers.

We do not control carrier delays, customs processing, weather interruptions, or other shipping disruptions.

We are not liable for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file claims when applicable.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist in opening an investigation with the print provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue

Include your order number

We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or resolution.

Customs, Duties & International Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

No Guarantee of Delivery Dates

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless otherwise stated in writing.

We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance of your needed date.
